作者简介
谢尔盖·卢基扬年科，欧洲科幻大会2003年度最佳作家，俄罗斯科幻大会2006年度最佳作家。一九六八年出生于前苏联哈萨斯坦共和国，毕业于国立阿拉木图医学院，毕业后担任内科医生和精神病医生，行医之余，他对科幻奇幻小说兴趣颇浓，曾以担任《世界》科幻杂志副总编辑。
一九八八年发表首部作品——科幻短篇小说《毁灭》。其后的作品《四十岛骑士》、《原子能之梦》、《地王星来的勋爵》，以及《幻影迷宫》等都广受好评，被誉为俄罗斯科幻文学之父。
而真正让谢尔盖·卢基扬年科成为家喻户晓的人物的是他的“守夜人”系列。这个系列完美地体现了他的写作功力，把他推到一个前所未有的高度，使他得以站在欧洲最优秀的科幻奇幻作家之列。

评分道理很简单，光明和黑暗互相牵制，无条件地行善会成为作恶的理由，这叫做平衡。黑暗因为自身的颜色，作恶也是理所应当的，光明却因为披着正义的外衣，无法甩开膀子去心之所向。所以光明活得很累，他们保护人类，但是也要在一定范围内放纵黑暗，有时正义只是有着严格界限的幌子...
