谢尔盖·卢基扬年科，欧洲科幻大会2003年度最佳作家，俄罗斯科幻大会2006年度最佳作家。一九六八年出生于前苏联哈萨斯坦共和国，毕业于国立阿拉木图医学院，毕业后担任内科医生和精神病医生，行医之余，他对科幻奇幻小说兴趣颇浓，曾以担任《世界》科幻杂志副总编辑。
