压抑。这本书的噱头就是海明威描写他自己抑郁的好像。看的过程简直是痛苦、不舒服。首先一个老头儿和一个小女孩儿的爱情故事就很让人不舒服。加上两人相处的时候老头儿叫女孩儿：女儿；女孩儿叫老头儿：爹爹。鸡皮疙瘩。。。
