全城哄搶《紐約客》那部分還真是印象深刻。作者寫，卡波特頻繁地講述那六年的痛苦經曆，以至於它們像華盛頓砍櫻桃樹的故事一樣，成為國傢知識的一部分瞭。目前還沒讀到冷血後他在寫作上一蹶不振的跡象。。。

與其說這是一部Capote的人物傳奇電影，不如說是《IN COLD BLOOD》這部寫實文學的傳記更好。電影從Capote發現冷血滅門案開始到兩位殺人犯終於在絞刑台死亡作結。有關Capote的生平遭遇，本片敘述的篇幅極少，編導著眼的只有Capote為《IN COLD BLOOD》搜集資料與寫作的歷程。 ...
