2014 chapter 14 state responsibility & chapter 11 the law of the sea
评分也就是为了写memo的时候专门看了某些章节……没有仔细阅读，留给以后再续。
评分慢慢阅读，希望能够读完。学术作品，不是休闲
评分复习复试的时候看的，感觉国内的几本国际法教材根本就是照抄照搬这个嘛。还没有细致完全读完，只读了重点章节，而且不得不承认我水平太低，很多专业词汇还没搞懂啥意思，预计研究生时期需要经常翻阅此书，先标记了吧。
