剛開始看還時不時有那種 "噢原來是這樣啊" 恍然大悟非常relatable的時刻，後來越讀越覺得是用一個思路和模版在套所有的問題。換言之，有點想要用stereotype來解釋stereotype的意味。像一本貼瞭學術標簽的暢銷書，暢銷書的共同本質就是指齣問題製造焦慮卻不幫你解決任何問題。
