A friendly guide that shines insight to the understanding of character arc and some of the classic symbolism in film language. The wording is clear-cut and jargon-free, definitely worths revisiting. The only downside is that the author based his analysis almost entirely on mainstream Hollywood films so it appeared rather ‘tidy’ and formulaic.
