评分【藏书阁打卡】2019.5.2-7.16 这是一本耗时两个半月认真读完的一本书。在家不务正业的我，竟然读这么燃的回忆录，怎能不深刻？其实读英文书都深刻，因为拉得战线太长。 我喜欢回忆录里，慢慢摸索出适合自己的感想，都是细小的东西，没有大道理，没有鸡汤，多数时候结合自己的心境。 这本书语言通俗易懂，甚至有时候会读出声来，特别是最后两天状态好的时候速度飞起，觉得自己的口语磕磕巴巴的毛病都变少了，然后不断提醒自己，只是错觉。 说回正题，Jack从1981年接手GE，到2001年退休，经历了一个特别好的时代，当然也充满挑战。真是很有魅力的一个人，很多开创性的做法，想到末尾淘汰，又觉得有点残忍，果然是很难的角色。 高尔夫，朋友，Boundaryless，Crotonville，谈判，开挂的人生。
