评分Thoughts are real. Words are real. Everything human is real, and sometimes we know things before they happen, even if we aren't aware of it. We live in the present, but the future is inside us at every moment. Maybe that's what writing is all about, not recording events from the past, but making things happen in the future.
评分注腳的使用很不錯。PA真的喜歡在故事裏套故事，描寫也還蠻吸引人的，其實故事本身很俗套。文具店老闆翻臉的情節有點生硬。我覺得PA不太擅長寫人物對白。
评分的確不是最好的Paul Auster，沒有太特彆的故事和意外，但是Paul Auster的感情總是很鋒利，有些字句雕蝕一般讓人難受，需要停下來緩衝一下。我看書就跟生活一樣，總是太當真。
