The main message of the book is that 'nature' and the 'natural' are concepts very much conditioned by their context, an approach quite different from the uncompromising stance so often found in the West.

一直觉得侘び寂び是哀的延伸，nature与human life本质是一样的，多变，易损，且不完美；并且太感慨了日本这么个natural disaster频发的地方依旧能让人民摈弃对nature in general的敌意并热爱自然这种心态迁移到人生上完全乐观阿treat trouble/death as part of life and still love it
