这个先出版的 不是一个作者 原子的方法论感觉就是这本书精进加工后的 像是一个人写的却不是 感觉这本书很有用 不像一般的励志书讲了半天等于没讲 很多国外的译本翻译过来太假大空了 现在的书不打开来看真的不知道到底值不值 这本书方法论多 实践起来也不错的 再去看看原子习惯...
評分这本书可以用短小精悍来形容，几乎正本只证明了一个简单的道理就是：持续＝成功，并不需要短时间内做多大努力，而是一点一点积累的过程。 通过这本书我给自己定制了计划： 1 坚持记录我每天的开销 2 坚持记录我每天的食物 这两项总结30天一个流程，然后分析结果，做出目标计划...
