這算是OpenGL的Gems類書籍。以計算機圖形學來說，本書內容不算深入，比不上GPU Gems和GPU Pro。然而對於紅書來說，本書提及更多現代OpenGL(及ES、WebGL)的一些實踐上的技巧。如果需要在工作上用到OpenGL還是值得一讀的。

这本书类似各种trick集合，不建议读，没有系统性。如果要深入做优化，部分章节可以一读。

里面有专门针对OpenGL/ES/Web方面的文章，讲得非常深入。而性能优化的部分，非常值得在移动开发方面进行优化的朋友进行参考。此外，在engine design方面，有介绍ANGLE这个project的（这是chrome在用的渲染引擎，用D3D模拟OpenGL ES的接口）。里面有关于D3D和OpenGL相关问题的...
