就像一本小的指南書一樣，教會我區彆什麼是hard skills如何練習，什麼是soft skills如何練習。特彆是TIP12如何選擇老師或教練給我很大啓示。這不但教會我如何選擇老師，也教會我要做這樣的老師。剛開始上課時候，教的學生都是有錢人的孩子，我怕他們不高興告我狀，錶現的真的像個waiter。以後我知道怎麼做瞭，俗話說打鐵還需自身硬。加強專業知識，不怒自威，做一位好老師。
