真的是啰嗦 不过作为reference倒是也还行 拿公司卡买的也不心疼 如果是自己花钱买的 我估计会想退掉
评分太繁复，反而失了agile的精神，翻看即可。

评分去年整个agile team一起读的这本书，内容详细无比，可以作为参考书般的存在。 基本开发过程中遇到的所有问题都可以在这本书里找得到答案。 如果你的team已经有自己的一套agile流程，想improve process那比较适合看这本书，非常能够帮助解决process相关问题。 如果你的team还是刚开始尝试scrum，可能会觉得这本书又长又无聊。
评分看的是中文翻译版，有很多翻译问题，看起来有些吃力；其实敏捷管理确实是一个非常适合现在社会的一种管理方式，看的出作者也是一个实操很厉害的人，但是会做和会写还是很较大的差异的，通篇废话非常多，作者想到哪里就写到哪里，逻辑并不是很清晰。理论内不断的重复，把简单的东西讲的略复杂，加上给到的案例又很少，结果就是通篇非常的晦涩难懂，读完它需要相当的耐心。
