算是一本好書,尤其是在你對法律方麵有所興趣。但節奏的拖遝,結尾部分的薄弱,不知其為何能被評為12年Amazon推薦的書目。
評分追劇之前先看書,的確是一開始就停不下來。細緻的庭審過程並不覺得冗長,Logiudice那段openings尤為精彩。Andy作為律師的專業性沒得說,但一涉及到對兒子的判斷就變得盲目主觀,所以除瞭法律漏洞和校園欺淩之外,一傢人的心理健康也是個值得討論的話題:刻意忽視的問題並不會自己解決。結尾看似是突然反轉其實早就埋下瞭伏筆,反而顯齣一種不正常的”閤理”。
評分美國的訴訟係統並非是truth-seeking(尋找真相)的,而是通過對抗性的(adversarial)的質詢、迴復、反問來找到司法意義上的真相,而司法意義上的真相和事實真相又不完全是一迴事(想想辛普森殺妻)。主人公作為一個經驗豐富的檢察官,一次次地強調“這是事實!”“我隻是想知道事實”,更讓人感到瞭“事實”與“事實”之間的割裂
