埃琳•摩根斯頓（Erin Morgenstern）

畫傢、作傢和多媒體藝術傢，創作偏愛童話幻想主題。文字無法錶達的，她就用繪畫描繪，繪畫描繪不盡的，她就用文字錶達。畢業於史密斯學院戲劇及電影製作專業。12歲開始讀斯蒂芬•金，21歲讀J. K.羅琳，這或許奠定瞭她以後的寫作風格。現居馬薩諸塞州。

整個故事的主題大概就是很簡單的馬可和賽莉雅兩人的感情線，這麼簡單的感情卻有大量華麗奇幻的無相乾的景物去撐起來，我不知道該說好或不好，因為旁枝末節確實寫得很美，就像一團很美的煙霧彈/煙火嗎XD 迤迤邐邐地也纏繞齣一番獨特的韻味來。可惜我覺得馬可和賽莉雅的感情描述雖然也美得像宿命，但更深入的似乎沒有，就像馬可和伊索貝我本來以為聯繫足夠，迴頭卻可以成空，讓馬可跟賽莉雅的情感線顯得更沒有太多說服力的感覺（單單歸咎命運？）不過一個HE確實是我喜歡的，就這樣吧……

奇怪沒有標這本。在kindle app上讀的第一本小說，剛到亞特蘭大的時候讀得手不釋機，一邊倒時差一邊讀到半夜兩點。因為當時很喜歡，在亞特蘭大機場特意買瞭一本實體書背迴來。好像也是第一次讀last推薦的奇幻？說起來kindle app也是last推薦用的，總之last同學是我2013年閱讀史之星啊。。@corbelle
