買過一本西爾斯的孕懷孕指南，第一日看就留意到有翻譯錯誤，所以在amazon上查瞭這本排行靠前，所以轉到這本。老婆懷孕時間，依據沒月的進度，跟著此書的內容同步學習，有身體癥狀，心裏反應，以及如何運動，甚至基本的必須物品指引。總而言之，閱讀瞭，憂慮在碰上前已經有思想準備和解決方法，更擁有瞭癥狀判斷的能力，從容不迫。
