很详细的说了bear stearns从起步到兴盛到衰退，最后被小摩收购，成也萧何败萧何，当年cy lewis从做铁路债券开始发家，到最后整个公司被2个对冲基金拖垮。之前看了很多美国大萧条、金融危机的数，但都比较宏观，纸牌屋详细讲了1个公司的兴落，窥一斑而知全豹，很精彩！除了小摩的戴蒙，贝尔斯登的Schwartz也让人喜欢，虽然只担任了最后3个月的救火队员，但就像他说的，他尽了所有能做的，来拯救贝尔斯登。Dimon是能力让人折服，Schwartz就是人格了，相对于CEO，an excellent M&A adviser on the Street似乎更适合他！
