Peter holds a master's degree with a specialty in educational psychology. He divides his time between Los Angeles and Melbourne, Australia.

評分减肥绝不是一时热情就可以办到的,常常一激动之下会把运动、注意饮食等等坚持上一个礼拜,却难更加长久的保持下去。想一想,其实于其一时热情的短暂行为,到不如静下心来好好思考减肥的意义和方法。如此才更能长久。这些是这本书告诉我的。
