作者提瞭蠻多有趣的曆史和新聞現狀，但是總體寫得不太好而且有點情緒化。。最後的結論也不是特彆有說服力

終於在離開美帝這一天翻完瞭... 作者說修復新聞業需要的不僅僅是技術，所以不能過於依賴互聯網，需要的是資金，希望政府一年能夠注資35billion。。。但又並不是municipally owned，感覺對於這個說法我是比較模糊難以理解的。其中穿插有些美國新聞史讓人覺得頗有意思，比如過去的郵政補貼之類。如果時間不夠可以直接看第四章，提瞭很多復興美國新聞業的建議。
