餘紀元(Jiyuart Yu)，美國布法羅紐約州立大學哲學係古代哲學教授，中國人民大學講座教授，山東大學兼職博士生導師，曾任英國牛津大學Wolfson學院及中國研究所研究員(1994-1997)，美國國傢人文學科學中心研究員(2003-2004)。近著有The Structure of Being in Aristotle's Metaphysic．(2003)等。
