A retelling of the life of Lester Young, the great jazz saxophonist of the late 1930s and 1940s. Young often recorded with Billie Holliday, and it was he who dubbed her Lady Day. Playing with Count Basie in the early 1940s, Young was recognized as one of the great players, but after the war his career declined. OyamO follows Young's course from legendary status to one of the forgotten.
