3.5星吧，感覺作者並不像實修者，隻是照搬，寫不齣什麼深刻洞見？有些段落反復齣現感覺在湊字數。總的來說把經藏和《清淨道論》裏的四禪八定的框架搞清楚瞭。有些問題大傢都很關心的，例如尋伺禪支和心一境禪支是否可以並存的問題；乾觀和先止後觀的問題，迴答好淺令人無法滿足..第二部分是一些人物采訪，隻看瞭那幾個僧人的，采訪稿比正文有料多瞭。
