They are well-trained, elite, and extremely expensive. Mad Dog's trusted right hand Mr. Bibby vanishes, along with thirty million dollars of Mad Dog's money. During Mad Dog's hunt for the man, he discovers a plot by the Russian mafia to trade stolen Siberian diamonds for three Russian nuclear warheads, which will in turn be sold to Hezbollah (who will then sell them to Iran) - and it seems Bibby is mixed up in all of this. Why did Bibby take the money? Is he a traitor? Who are the real players involved in all of this? Can Mad Dog rely upon the help of his old nemesis at the CIA, James Moody, when push comes to shove?
