HB 72 .V498 1997 good summary of history of thoughts of ethics (Chp3); mainly focuses on critiques of utilitarianism, or the dichotomy of morals and markets, ethics and economics, which seem not very new. Distribution (Chp7), Macromorality (Chp8,how macroecon handles issues of macromorality e.g., (un-)employment, tax rate) seem more interesting.
