评分《月亮宝石》拥有我喜欢的小说的大部分元素，推理（引发观众一直看下去得渴望），巨大的钻石以及幕后的传说以及装神弄鬼的印度人（或者随便什么巫师巫术，通常都是障眼法），生活很静止的上流社会庄园小姐和公子以及他们毫无意义的游戏和求爱，人性化复杂一点的奴仆阶层和他们...
评分说实话，严格意义上，月亮宝石算不上一部好的推理小说。受限于作者生活的年代，书中充斥着神秘主义，大量不靠谱科学知识，以及近乎超心理学的犯罪手法。不过作为一本通俗读物，这本书很有趣，这就够了。
