馬上庚（Ma Shang-Keng 1940——1983)，中國颱灣省人。中國當代著名美籍華人統計物理、凝聚態物理學傢。1962年獲美國加州大學伯剋利分校學士。1966年獲加州大學物理學博士。1966年任美國加州大學聖地亞哥分校研究助理。1967年任講師。1977年後曆任副教授，加州大學聖地亞哥分校教授，P.Sloan協會成員，美國物理學會會員。在普林斯頓高等研究所客座研究。從事統計力學，多體問題的研究，相變和臨界現象，凝聚態理論的研究。專著有《Modern Theory of Critical Phenomena》（Benjamin/Cummings,1976,是關於相變與臨界現象現代理論的權威而經典著作，其第一版已有5次印刷）、《統計力學》（颱灣環華齣版公司，1982年已有英文譯本）、《Statistical Mechanies》（Worid Scientific,Singapore,M.K.Fung 譯，1985年）等。在相變與臨界現象的研究中有重要成就，新加坡世界科學齣版社以其名義齣版紀念冊《Directions in Con-densed Matter Physics,Memorial Vi.1 in Honor of Ma Shang-Keng》。
