“I think we ought at least to consider the possibility that the girl's story could be true...”最後對於故事的真實性沒有給齣明確答案，對比戲劇，Mankiewicz的作品改編還是保留瞭原作者Tennessee Williams想要錶達的東西，另外Small Craft Warning也很有趣。
