The Olympian gods have moved into the poetas house to crash while heaven is being redecorated, and the fact that the 2012 Olympics are taking place in his backyard may also have played a part in their choice.... Not only are they quarrelling amongst themselves as usual, but they have invited their cousins, the gods of Egypt, to come along too; and they have invited their cousins, the Voodoo gods of the Caribbean. Can the Great God Pan help keep them all in order? Father Zeus gave up long ago and retired to Sicily with Hera. And what about Lucifer? He is hanging around with his gang of losers, hoping for a handout. So the immortals fight over the TV remote, toss empty pizza boxes on the floor and party on--except for Athena, the Goddess of Divine Wisdom, who has got herself a vacation job as a pilot for Olympic Airways....
