著者简介
图姆斯（S.K. Tombs），女，美国哲学家。曾任教于美国德州贝勒大学哲学系，主要研究生命伦理学和医学哲学。出版有《病患的意义——医生和病人不同观点的现象学探讨》。在写《病患的意义》时，她已身患20多年的慢性病——多发性硬化症。
