《Tales from the Perilous Realm》由5个独立的故事组成，文笔自然流畅，充满了天马行空般的想像。整本书配有很多ALAN LEE的插图，显得非常精致。同由HarperCollins出版的AudioBook，Derek Jacobi读得生动有趣，童心未泯者可以当很好的睡前故事听。
