喜歡 Halting State 的讀者還喜歡

I enjoyed this, but was ultimately reminded about someone's line (Asimov's?) about science-fiction being the opposite of regular fiction in that it was about ideas in search of a story. There are a lot of great elements here -- maybe too many -- and they don't seem to quite come together.
