虽然P. Craig Russell已经改编了很多Neil Gaiman的作品了（一定是得到Gaiman的认可了的），但我觉得这部的改编不大成功。P. Craig Russell的画功无可挑剔了，但这画风好像不适合这个故事啊，Coraline的形象感觉不到坚毅，鬼妈妈也一点不让人觉得可怕，黑猫也就是一只猫而已，可能是因为P. Craig Russell的画风太写实了。
