著者簡介

韋爾在東正教內的聖名為加裏斯多(Kallistos)，是在英國的東正教主教，當代有名的東正教神學傢之一，在君士坦丁堡普世宗主教下領都主教銜於剋雷亞(Metropolitan of Diokleia)，曾任牛津大學中帕丁東正教研究講師(Spalding Lecturer of Eastern Orthodox Studies)凡三十五年，著作等身，並為牛津大學彭布羅剋學院(Pembroke College)院士。
