英国作家洛瑞·李，1914年出生于英国，著作丰富，曾出版诗集《太阳是我的纪念碑》、《蜡烛生光》和《掌中诗》，其他作品则包括：《给冬日的玫瑰》、《长子》、《我无法久留》以及《两个女人》此外，他还写过三本畅销书的自传：《罗西与苹果酒》、《当我走出一个仲夏早晨》和《战争的一瞬间》。其中于1959年出版的《罗西与苹果酒》，至今销售超过六百万册。
