主要中心思想 就是 男人要学会倾听 书中有技巧 和 一些男女差异的想法 女人要学会赞美 还有 在男人洞穴期间 留给空间 全书为要这一中心思想讲解 不过能执行当然好，但是最主要还是心境问题，只是按照书中教的去改变而心境没变的话 又能维持多久呢？
