Andrew Burrows, MA, BCL, LLM (Harvard), QC (Hon), Barrister and Honorary Bencher of Middle Temple is the Norton Rose Professor of Commercial Law in the University of Oxford, and a Fellow of St. Hugh's College. He has been a Law Commissioner for England and Wales, and previously taught at the universities of London and Manchester.
