评分雖然從情節上不如《The other Boleyn Girl》那麼緊湊——可能是因為采用瞭從三個主人公的不同視角做詮釋的寫作手法，但也因此讓讀者可以跳開這個已知結局的故事本身，在每一個過程的結點上體會當事人的期待、不捨、彷徨、自負、恐懼...。然後發現，就像李宗盛在他代言的廣告裏說的：“每一步都算數”。這是一本需要慢慢看的書。
