The commentary constitutes approximately one-half of the contents of the book; the remainder consists consists of appendices of documents that are of direct relevance to the text. The organization of the volume generally is good; the material is presented in an orderly fashion. Despite the multiplicity of authors, the style and approach are unitary throughout the various segments of the work.
