这本书很好~ 是ashtanga 目前最有名誉的老师写的。写的声音很善良。很和蔼。很适合新手和初级的人用~ 里面也有菜谱。^^

比较适合初学阿斯汤加的人士看一看，里面推荐了适合所有人士的10个瑜伽姿势，书中介绍的一些食谱可能不太适合所有人，基本上都是印度的饮食，大家还是结合本国本土的饮食习惯来吃，这本书还介绍了作者本人练习瑜伽的一些经历，人生历程等等，里面还有很多正念的思想观念，适合所有人看看，当然也非常适合汤迷们了解了解。
