这本书三百多页昨天终于看完了，Dolly笔下她的青春真的是英国特色，二十岁左右的青春仿佛就是西方所谓的在尽情享受，酒精和爱充斥着整个大学生活，大学之后步入社会依旧是酒吧，可那种年轻的冲动仿佛随着年龄变大一点点变得沉稳，与其说是沉稳更多的可能是知道自己追求的是什么...

非常raw and personal的memoir，佩服Dolly的勇气和坦率。虽然我个人没有binge drinking and body image的问题，但青春期和young adult时期的自我怀疑、迷茫、虚无、放纵、快乐及成长，以及turning 30的anxiety都是那么真切和relatable。书里经常提及北伦敦的一些地名，刚好是我在伦敦读书时住的区域，熟悉温暖又感伤。I absolutely adore this book.

Touching and honest. Some very relatable and great advice about all kinds of love. However, the story is frequently interrupted by random recipes and emails which is the primary reason why I had trouble getting into this book. Probably will revisit in the future when I need some good advices.
