After leaving the Ute Reservation, 16-year-old Jheri Byrdsong discovers that moving to a small town isnat easy. She embarks on a wilderness experience at Camp Weechquootee with a group of girls, including her best friend, Morgan, and her two worst nemeses, Stacia and Whitney. Jheri is savvy in outdoor knowledge and survival skills. After camp leaders ask her to share her unique knowledge, she becomes the victim of hostile practical jokes.
