作者简介
马克·L·库特纳于1972年在哥伦比亚大学获物理学博士学位。他的主要研究领域涉及应用射电天文，研究银河系和其他星系内的恒星形成。他也做了一些宇宙学方面的研究。
库特纳教授出版了三本成功的教科书，发表了一百票以上的研究论文。
