和經濟學的土豪framework相比這書雖然寫得例子得當框架清晰但真的很屌絲orz...in other words, external validity is questionable...In Hood (2007) he mentioned two other approaches, "politics-of-institution" and "institution- as-tools", and actually I think both are better...
