知道是一直知道的，看下来还是心情不好：难过，害怕

我不太喜欢这本书。虽然里面很多观点-工作上的男女差异，设计中对女性/黑人/压抑的歧视，以及所有设计师在用户体验方面考虑得不周到，FB/Twitter胡乱发送了很多不适当的推送——我觉得都很正常！我们本来就不可能一步到位面面俱到，毕竟设计给全世界用户用的东西是非常challenging and unpredictable 的，只要承认自己的不完美再一直iteration不就好了嘛……真没必要写一本书.

这本书描述了美国科技行业巨头的产品在道德、平等方面存在的一些缺陷并剖析了其原因。作为这个行业的从业人员，虽然身在一个不同国家，对书中的案例也能感同身受。世界已慢慢变得没那么不同，一定程度上我们都面临同样的社会问题（比如贫富差距加大）。重要的是，身为产品设计人员，我们需要从一点小事开始改变，让科技更好更公平的服务人和社会。
