书店简略地翻了一遍，technosystem= technology+market+administration。所以我们研究科技是要有awareness of political ends的（这也是为什么老爷子质疑了ant的symmetry），在解释了rationality的专家/普通人面对科技应用与发展的分层后（也是abstract theory和experiential understandings的分野），作者面向未来对于public向technocrat的质疑表示出了信心。以rationality为基础的启蒙运动是欧洲中心主义的开始，殖民了包括西方的世界，在crisis面前，我们是否要重新思考发展科技系统究竟是为了什么？VALUE IS THE FACTS OF TOMORROW.
