#典範式#的傳記。格蘭特作為軍事將領被低估，作為總統的存在感稀薄。不過，作為普通人，卻蠻可愛的。最逗的一段是講副官如何監督他戒酒。去世前，為瞭妻子生活能有保障，纔開始寫迴憶錄賺版稅。

评分目前讀到一百頁，RC這個文筆我真是服瞭，英文之美被他演繹到瞭極緻，而且老美馬後炮一點不遜色天朝，Ellen Dent 誇她女兒老公是這麼說的：他以後肯定能當總統。哈哈哈哈
评分昨天下午拿到的 迴到上州之後待遇好的不行 想看什麼書都不用等太久 晚飯特意好好多吃瞭7份蔬菜 看瞭一晚上 開電腦對瞭下之前Grant迴憶錄的notes 早上4點半爬起來把剩下的看完瞭。最近閱讀速度上瞭三個颱階真想捏著自己臉蛋親親。掃瞭幾眼港股的報告就想哈哈哈。
评分咦去年看完的書竟然忘瞭標記。看完Grant更加明確地感受到，Ron Chernow寫Alexander Hamilton的時候是多麼激情洋溢嘻嘻
