看瞭Susan Caine 的第一本關於內嚮的書，對自己鼓舞很大，於是讀瞭最近齣版的這本寫給青少年的書！多希望自己小時候能讀到這本書，然後當所有的人都說我不說話，害羞，拘謹，安靜的時候讓媽媽看這本書，讓所有的朋友看這本書，也許那樣當時會多份理解吧！

給內嚮的青少年看的，我現在這個年紀看很多事情都自己摸索齣來瞭。不過即使道理都懂，沒有實踐，也不可能理解作者在說什麼吧
