Andre Dubus的文筆很優美，很多詞句我大段大段的highlight，已經很久沒有想畫"重點"的衝動瞭。故事探討的都是兩性關係，可能是他長女曾被強暴的經曆吧，他筆下有些女性感覺很掙紮，對痛苦的迴憶使人讀瞭也覺得很痛，其中的Blessings是最令我難受的閱讀體驗。
