评分之前買的“設定集”都是漫威齣産，相比之下這本的特效成分幾乎為零。幾乎全是人物設計、機車技藝、實打實的特技（雜技？）。設定全貫徹一物多用原則，小到車上的玩偶都是為賦予機車個性。這本書還告訴我們兩個理科生做藝術會多牛逼。讀時的感想可以用跋中的一句話來總結：I marvelled at the craftsmanship that had gone into making this majestic, motorised sculpture.
