韓秀峰，中國科學院物理研究所研究員、博士生導師。課題組組長。1984年畢業於蘭州大學物理係，1993年在吉林大學獲博士學位。主要從事“自鏇電子學材料、物理和器件”研究，包括：磁性隧道結及隧穿磁電阻（TMR）效應、多種鐵磁復閤隧道結（MTJ）材料、新型磁隨機存取存儲器（MRAM）、磁邏輯，自鏇納米振蕩器、自鏇晶體管、磁電阻磁敏傳感器等原理型器件的研究。已發錶SCl學術論文200餘篇，獲得中國發明專利授權50餘項和國際專利授權5項。與閤作者研製成功一種新型納米環磁隨機存取存儲器（Nanoring MRAM）原理型演示器件、四種磁電阻磁敏傳感器原理型演示器件：其中“納米環磁性隧道結及新型納米環磁隨機存取存儲器的基礎性研究”獲2013年度北京市科學技術奬一等奬。
